“On 18th June we left our Shitzu, Fluffy, down to Claire & Brian and family and we headed for Florida for three weeks. Fluffy took his bed ball teddy and his own bed along with him.. we could have sent the kitchen sink, as nothing was a problem with Claire. The dog’s happiness and safety, whilst not being in his own surroundings, is of utmost importance to Claire & Brian. While on holiday, Claire texted me to let me know how he was doing – which was so nice, as the kids missed him so much!
Haven Kennels is not just a kennels, it’s a home-from-home, and that’s what you get! Claire & Brian are such dog-lovers, it stands out!
We’ve used kennels in the past, and Fluffy has returned smelly, with his coat badly matted, but Claire had him washed and brushed for us when we collected him.

“I have been fortunate to find a home from home for my dogs when I need to travel. Claire and Brian have a passion for animals and it shows. I have left my dogs with them for both short and long periods. I love the personal touches that the dogs are given during their stay. If I was to rate the kennels, it would be a gold star!!! Dogs are walked twice daily and treated like the couple’s own dogs. I would highly recommend them and the rates are reasonable too!!!”
